Terms
Effective 2026-09-26.
This agreement is between you and Alex Neyman, doing business as Agent Rails, the operator of Rails.
These terms cover Rails and its apps on this site and at
<app>.rails.so. By using the service after these terms are adopted,
you agree to them. The privacy policy explains how information
is handled. A third-party host, model provider or payment service has its own terms.
A store listing does not mean that its operator endorses Rails.
Your account
One account, one phone number, one person. Use a number you control and verify it. Protect sign-in codes, sessions and connection tokens. Tell us if you lose control of your account. Do not impersonate someone or share your account to evade limits. You must be at least 13, or 16 in the EEA. If you are below the age at which you can make this agreement on your own, you need a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
The apps and their limits
Each app has its own listing, permissions and saved records. Installing an app authorizes the functions and access disclosed for that app. Features marked planned are not promises of current availability. Connecting from a host lets that host call the tools you authorize and receive their results.
- Rolodex helps you keep track of relationships. You are responsible for having the right to hold and use information you enter about other people.
- Job Bot helps prepare job-search work. It does not guarantee a job, an interview or any employer's response. Check every claim before using an application or sending it to an employer.
- Poker Trainer is practice, not gambling. It offers no real-money play, wagering, prizes or cash-out. Practice results do not promise winnings.
- Language Tutor provides practice and feedback. It does not award certification or guarantee fluency, exam results or a particular proficiency level.
- Unblock is a planned ask-and-answer queue for work between people and agents. It is not an emergency channel or a promise that someone will answer by a deadline.
- Assistant helps with tasks and saved notes. You remain responsible for reviewing its suggestions and deciding what to do.
Price and payment
Rolodex and Job Bot are offered as free connectors, subject to a lifetime limit of 25 counted calls per installation for each app. They do not require a Whop purchase. Other apps may have different free limits or paid access. Their current listing and, if applicable, checkout state the available features, included limits, term and total price before you pay. No purchase renews automatically unless checkout expressly says it will. Existing purchases keep the price and term agreed at checkout. Refused calls are not charged.
Refunds
For paid access, ask us within 7 days of purchase for a refund if you have not materially used the purchase. Trying a few ordinary calls to see whether the app works does not by itself count as material use. Completing substantial work, bulk processing or consuming a substantial part of the paid allowance does. We review the usage and explain any refusal. Include the app and purchase reference, never card details. Approved refunds go through Whop to the original payment method; processing time depends on Whop and your payment provider. Refunded paid access ends.
This policy adds to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights, including rights for faulty or misdescribed services and any applicable cancellation or withdrawal period. A statutory refund is not limited by our 7-day policy or material use condition. We do not treat these terms alone as a waiver of a withdrawal right.
Free allowances
A lifetime allowance does not reset each day or when you reinstall. Other app limits, if offered, are stated in their current listings. Limits protect service capacity; do not create extra accounts to bypass them. Reading, export and revoke do not require a purchase.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep the rights you have in your content. You give Rails permission to process, store and send it to the providers and hosts needed to do the tasks you request, as described in the privacy policy. This is not a transfer of ownership. You must have the rights and permissions needed to supply that content.
- Do not use Rails for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or harm.
- Do not access another person's account or records, or exceed an app's permissions.
- Do not send stolen credentials, malware or material you have no right to use.
- Do not attack the service, evade its safeguards or limits, or resell account access.
- Do not use the apps to make consequential decisions about someone without the review and safeguards that decision requires.
Agent output is not professional advice
Agents can produce incorrect, incomplete or misleading answers. Check facts and review outputs before relying on them, sharing them or taking action. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Use a qualified professional where needed. Rails is not an emergency service. A suggestion or draft is not your approval to send a message, spend money or make a commitment.
Availability and changes
We operate the service with reasonable care. We do not guarantee continuous access or error-free output. Maintenance, outages, capacity limits and changes at providers or hosts can interrupt service. We can change or retire features. We give reasonable notice of material changes when practicable; urgent security or legal action can require immediate changes. If we withdraw a paid app during your term without an equivalent service, you can request a proportionate refund for the unused term. Your mandatory remedies remain intact.
Ending access
You can stop using Rails, revoke connections or uninstall an app. Revocation stops access; it is not the same as deletion. Export what you need first. Contact us for account closure or a full deletion request. The privacy policy explains current export and cleanup limits and the information that remains.
We can suspend or end access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, a security threat or a legal requirement. We explain the reason and give a chance to resolve it where that is safe and practical. Contact support to challenge a mistake. Ending access does not remove a refund or privacy right that the law gives you.
Responsibility if something goes wrong
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every purpose or that outputs are accurate. We are not responsible for losses that neither you nor we could reasonably foresee when making this agreement, or for lost business profits from consumer use. Our total liability for a claim concerning an app is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for that app during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not exclude fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing here limits a mandatory data protection right. If a term cannot be enforced, the remaining terms still apply to the extent the law permits.
Changes to these terms
We publish adopted changes here with a new effective date and give notice through the service before material changes take effect. Changes do not retroactively change the price or term of a purchase or remove accrued rights. If you do not agree, stop using the affected service; contact us about the unused part of an existing paid term. Continued use after the notified effective date accepts the new terms, except where the law requires express consent.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of New York.
This choice does not remove mandatory protections under the law where you live or your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under mandatory consumer law.
